Tailored Individual Therapy for Professionals

Individual therapy offers a confidential, 50-minute weekly space to explore what is happening for you in a supportive and focused environment.

This is particularly helpful if you are navigating anxiety, shame, relationship strain, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. Together, we work to slow things down, helping you move beyond the "autopilot" of high-pressure life to find greater grounding and clarity.

To ensure consistency and momentum in our work, sessions take place at a regular time each week.

Initial Consultation

I offer a brief initial consultation to help you get a sense of how I work and whether working together feels right for you. This is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and any questions you may have about the process.

Practical Details

I am based in Chelsea, Central London, and offer both in-person and online therapy.

I hold a dedicated clinical practice every Tuesday and Wednesday, offering a consistent mid-week space away from the demands of the working week. To accommodate the unpredictable schedules of creative and professional life, I offer a wide range of session times from early morning (8:00 AM) through to evening (last session 7:00 PM).

Fees

  • Standard Fee: £120 per session
