Psychotherapy in Chelsea for anxiety, relationships and self-esteem

Clark Crewe, psychotherapist in Chelsea, London

You may be feeling anxious, stuck, or under pressure, finding that something in your life or relationships isn’t quite working. Sometimes this is easy to name. At other times it shows up more quietly, as overthinking, tension, or a sense of disconnection.

Working from my practice in Chelsea, Central London, I provide psychotherapy for those navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, shame and relationship difficulties.

Therapy offers a space to slow things down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. My aim is to offer a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where you don’t have to keep up appearances. I work in a gentle but direct way, with curiosity about your experience and what you might need.

How I Work

I work relationally, focusing not only on your history but on what is happening for you in the present moment. Sessions are collaborative and paced around you. There is no pressure to perform or to have everything figured out. We might:

  • Slow down and stay with what you are feeling.

  • Explore repeating patterns in your life or relationships.

  • Understand how past experiences continue to shape your present.

Who I Work With

I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, often around anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, stress, shame, or a sense of feeling stuck. Some people come to therapy knowing exactly what they want help with; others are less sure, but have a sense that something isn’t quite working.

I also have a particular understanding of creative and high-pressure environments, and often work with people navigating responsibility, performance, burnout, or the pressure to keep things together.

Location

I am based in Chelsea, Central London, and offer both in-person and online therapy.
