Psychotherapy in London for Creative, High-Pressure & Professional Lives

A man with dark, curly hair and light skin, wearing a navy blue polo shirt, stands in front of a dark grey background.

You may be feeling anxious, stuck, or under pressure, finding that something in your life or relationships isn’t quite working. Sometimes this is easy to name. At other times it shows up more quietly, as overthinking, tension, or a sense of disconnection.

Working from my practice in Chelsea, Central London, I provide psychotherapy for those navigating anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties.

Therapy offers a space to slow things down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. My aim is to offer a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where you don’t have to keep up appearances.

How I Work

I work relationally, focusing not only on your history but on what is happening for you in the present moment. Sessions are collaborative and paced around you. There is no pressure to perform or to have everything figured out. We might:

  • Slow down and stay with what you are feeling.

  • Explore repeating patterns in your life or relationships.

  • Understand how past experiences continue to shape your present.

Who I Work With

I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, with a particular specialism in high-pressure and creative environments. Some people come to therapy knowing something is wrong. Others are less sure, but have a sense that something isn’t quite working. I often work with people who are:

  • Creatives: Navigating the “all or nothing” nature of Film, TV and the arts

  • Professionals: Managing high levels of visibility, responsibility and burnout

  • Entrepreneurs: Dealing with the “always-on” brain and the weight of leadership

Location

I am based in Chelsea, Central London, and offer both in-person and online therapy.
